Returns & Exchanges
CANCELLATIONS:
Given the nature of our coats, made to order, once the order is placed we do not accept or offer cancellations.
SHIPPING & HANDLING:
We ship using USPS ground (3 to 5 days in transit), FedEx Ground (1 to 5 business days in transit), FedEx 2-day Air and FedEx Overnight (*FedEx Express only ships on business days). We will not be responsible for inaccurate shipping information entered at checkout, inaccurate method, any delay caused in transit, and any delivery issues once the item has been marked as “Delivered”.
Transit time does not account for production time. Production time is typically 10-14 days.
Shipping is a service and will not be refunded if items are returned.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
We are confident you will love your Bonsai By Ash luxury leather, but if you decide your piece is not right for you, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. Return or exchange authorization will only be granted to eligible items. Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging and shipped within 5 days of receiving return authorization information. Once a piece is exchanged, it is final sale. Please note:
We will NOT authorize or accept returns/exchanges of any item that has been customized and printed on.
Please try the item on without removing the hang tag. Items without the tag will not be accepted if they are returned.
